There aren’t any official CF affilites in Bangkok as of yet. The only official one is in Changi Mai, which in Northern Thailand – inconvenient from Bangkok unless you want to take a side trip there. Back some time ago, there was a discussion on the CF forum of a group doing CF type workouts in Lumpini Park, which is Bangkok’s equivalent of Central Park. I never got the opportunity to meet up with this group because the group disbanded for reasons stated in this post. But that doesn’t mean you can’t workout on your own and that’s what I did in Lumpini Park.
On the park grounds, there’s actually an antiquated gym, which I attended unbeknownst to the condition of the equipment. The entire gym area isn’t matted, only the areas where the machines and benches sit are.
I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
I was told I would have trouble communicating there as it’s mostly locals, but I didn’t find it true. There were attendees there that spoke English well enough to have a conversation with.
The whopping cost to have access to all this equipment for the day: 20 Thai Baht or $0.66 USD.

Hi,
Actually the First and Only CrossFit Affiliate is open in Bangkok Thailand. CrossFit BK
It’s located conveniently at the Asoke BTS intersection and run/owned by Fitcorp Asia, at the Aspire Club.
02-229-4114.
Hi Mike,
Looks like we share common interests and passion except you are ahead of the curve. I’m planning on traveling to Asia for 3-6 months and Bangkok is one of my destinations. I was planning on doing WODs outdoor without any weights but its good to know that there are Crossfit affiliates overseas.
Keep up the posts.

Thanks for the tip. Great website. I’ll check it out tomorrow. Thanks again.
